“Fried chicken and Champagne? … Why the hell not?!” It is this type of attitude that sets Lasco Enterprises and its award-winning concepts apart from the competition. Founded in 2003, Lasco Enterprises is a leading developer of unique and innovative wine-centric concepts. Starting with the popular Tasting Room Wine Café in 2003, leveraging their deep knowledge of the wine industry and love for great food, Lasco developed a platform of best-in-class concepts which also includes MAX’s Wine Dive, Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden.

Lasco Enterprises has been recognized as one of Houston’s top businesses and “One of the Best Places to Work” in Texas. Most recently Lasco Enterprises began providing management services to third-party restaurants not owned by Lasco.

Founder of Lasco Enterprises, Jerry Lasco graduated from the US Air Force Academy then spent 13 years as a pilot with the Air Force and then Continental Airlines. Before moving to Houston in 2001, Jerry lived in New York City where he attended Peter Kump’s Cooking School and pursued his sommelier certification with The Court of Master Sommeliers, based in London.
